Shipping information

We only ship within the European Union (EU).
Delivery is via DHL .

Shipping costs

• Germany: €6.95
  Free shipping for orders over 50 €

• France, Italy, Portugal, Spain: €14.50

For all deliveries within Germany and the EU, the statutory VAT (19%) is included in the invoice amount.
Other EU countries will follow shortly.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–3 working days

• EU countries: 3–5 working days

Please note: Delivery to post offices or packing stations is currently not possible.

Want to return a product? No problem!
The basic rule is: Please pack the items in a shatter-proof manner and – if possible – in the original packaging.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of delivery costs if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
