At VonStypCosmetics, we want you to feel completely comfortable with every product we use. Should something not quite meet your expectations, we'll work together to find the right solution.

Ordered incorrectly?

No problem – you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason .
Simply return the product to us unopened and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Not entirely happy?

Have you tried a product but it's not a perfect fit for you?
You can then return it within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a voucher worth 80% of your purchase price .
Skincare, sets and goodies are excluded from this option.

A little tip: Maybe someone in your circle of friends will be happy about a new favorite product – so together we can ensure more sustainability.

Should you experience an intolerance or allergic reaction , please contact us.
Send us your name, order number, and a photo or medical certificate—and we'll refund you 100% of the purchase price .
